Dear Parents,

Just a reminder that tomorrow is our field trip to the ACT Theater for the Peter Pan performance.  Please ensure that you send a booster seat with your child if you are not driving.  A big thank you to Ms. Thiessen, Ms. Pouznar, Ms. Whalen, Ms. Hill, Ms. MacPhail, Ms. Exner, Ms. Klynsoon (Savannah) and Ms. Razmjou (Elika) for driving to the theater.  Also, just a reminder that a TOC will be in charge of our class as Ms. Rowledge-Toscani is out of town and I teach at another school on Fridays.  Any help you can offer her tomorrow getting pinnies on, confirming cellphone numbers (for drivers) etc. would be greatly appreciated.

We also wanted to let you know that (much to the children's delight) we are now ready to begin sharing again.  Your child can begin bringing an item to show to the class starting next week (Monday/Tuesday people can share on Wednesday).  Please remember to encourage your child to write 3 clues to accompany their sharing.

I would like to thank Elika's mom for all of her work organizing the scholastic book orders this year.  The last set of order forms went home a few days ago and the orders are all due in by May 28th. This will be the last opportunity to order books this year.

Also, just a friendly reminder that if you haven't yet returned your signed report card envelope please do so.  This saves time (and trees) when we issue the final report in June.
